Description:
This opportunity is with a specialty chemical manufacturer that is located 30 miles north of Philadelphia right across the Delaware River in New Jersey. This opportunity will allow you to make technical improvements around the plant, wear multiple hats gaining exposure to new skills, along with potential growth within the company to transfer to any other global sites. This role is at a medium sized facility that operates 24/7 using both batch and continuous processes to manufacture specialty chemicals used in industries such as consumer products and industrial materials. It is mostly DCS automated with plans to improve overall infrastructure moving forward. You’ll be focused on getting involved hands-on with operations by maintaining and improving production. You’ll provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, root-cause analysis, and collaborate with other engineering teams. This role reports to the Production Manager.

Compensation: $80,0000 to $120,000/yr. base salary, depending on level of experience, 6% bonus, $5 sign on, relocation assistance, & more
